AI Week · First Edition · 18–22 May 2026
What does AI mean
for my business?
— Experience it. Five days. Your own answer.
Not a training. Not a course. A week in which you experience AI yourself — as a participant, not a spectator. Five days with a small group, in full immersion.
Who it's for
You feel something is shifting. You just can't fully grasp it yet.
- What does this mean for my business?
- Where's the opportunity — and where's the hype?
- What should I do now — and what can wait?
- How do I bring my people along?
You read the headlines. Your competitor is doing something with it. Your team is asking for tools. Microsoft is pushing Copilot into every licence. And you're still sitting with the same questions no one is giving you an honest answer to. That's not because you're behind. It's because information alone can't give you what you actually need: the picture.
Does this sound familiar? ↓
"My competitor is doing something with AI and I don't get what."
"My team is asking for tools and I don't know what to approve."
"I want to be less dependent on scarce talent."
"I sense I'm missing something, but I can't put my finger on it."
The arc
Five days. The same journey.
Everyone follows their own path.
The five days follow a natural arc: from first experience to your own direction. Each participant works on their own question, at their own pace. The guides adapt to what you need.
Day 1 · Mon
Feel
The moment it shifts.
Your first experience with AI. What it can do, where it fails, and why that first moment changes everything.
Day 2 · Tue
Understand
The answer is you.
You learn to ask the right questions. Not to AI — to yourself. Because the power of AI depends on how well you understand your own world.
Day 3 · Wed
Connect
From AI to your organisation.
You see how AI connects to the knowledge already in your organisation. In documents, in heads, in processes. You see what becomes possible when it all comes together.
Day 4 · Thu
Build
From seeing to doing.
You work on your own question. Not all of it. A piece. Enough to feel what it's like to build with AI — and to see what's possible for your organisation.
Day 5 · Fri
Direction
No solution. A picture.
You share what you've found, get feedback, and head home with a clear picture of what AI means for your business — and what your next step is.
What you take with you
-
1
The picture
You grasp the real potential of AI and what it means for your business. Lived, not learned.
-
2
A route
Not generic. Specific to your situation. With a concrete first step.
-
3
The confidence
To carry it across to your leadership team. Your own filter for hype, in your own words, without jargon.
-
4
A network
Of directors and founders who have experienced the same as you.
What this is not
- Not a course on "how to use ChatGPT".
- Not technical training — you don't need to code.
- Not a report that disappears into a drawer.
- Not a week full of slides and lectures.
- Not a sales pitch. Not for an AI product, and not for our own follow-up programme — if you want to discuss that after the week, that's a separate conversation, on your initiative.
Guides & place
Three guides. Five areas of expertise.
A small group deserves a small group of guides. Three people, side by side, who shape the week with you. The guidance is practical and personal — no front-of-the-room sessions, but sharp questions at the right moment.
A place you want to be.
A large villa in the Netherlands, chosen so that the week is something you remember — not just for what you learned, but for where you were. Living and working under one roof, no commuting, no distractions.
You'll learn the exact location during the intro call.
We have run this format twice before in a private setting — once technically, once as an acceleration week inside a running 8-week transformation programme. This is the first edition with open enrolment.
Practical
First Edition — 18 to 22 May 2026.
18–22 May 2026 · Max 12 participants · Villa in the Netherlands · Investment on request All details ↓
Next editions
May is the first. Three more are in the planning.
May doesn't fit, or you'd prefer a later edition? Let us know — we'll keep you posted as soon as an edition opens for enrolment.
Schedule an intro call
First the picture. Then the movement.
A 30-minute intro call. No sales pitch. We listen, you talk, and together we look at whether AI Week is the right week for you. If it clicks both ways, you get a place.
